We will return the full purchase price unconditionally if the product is returned in its original condition within 30 days. If the product is defective in any way we will also refund the shipping costs.

Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE within New Zealand. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours.

For orders outside New Zealand please contact us for a shipping quote.

When manufacturing special orders we will advise shipping timeframes at the point of order.

Pricing Policy

New Zealand orders: We only accept payment in NZD - you will be billed exactly the amount quoted. The NZD price includes GST.

Orders from outside New Zealand: Please contact us for a shipping quote. We will contact you with a quote for the product plus shipping in your own currency.

Credit card related data is handled by PayPal. This consists of your name, billing address, phone, fax, email, and credit card details. Hip To Be Square never sees your credit card number.
